摘要 为降低洗选系统内煤泥含量,缩短加压过滤机排料周期,降低快开压滤机使用频次,控制末精煤水分,提高煤泥水系统处理能力,新桥选煤厂在浮选精煤矿浆中添加助滤剂,增加滤饼的透水性,强化脱水过程,并应用8 mm弹性杆筛板进行原煤深度筛分,使煤泥含量由11.94%降低到8.01%,加压过滤机排料平均周期从450 s降低到150 s左右,煤泥水系统处理能力提升,有效降低了生产成本,末精煤水分恢复正常,选煤厂经济效益得到有效保障。 In order to reduce the slime content, shorten the cycle of the hyperbaric filter discharge, decrease the using frequency of the quick-operating pressure filter, control the moisture of fine cleaned coal and improve the processing capacity of the slurry system,Xinqiao coal preparation plant added the filter aid to the flotation concentrate slurry to increase the permeability of the filter cake and strengthen the dehydration process. Meanwhile, the plant applyed elastic-rod screenplate in the 8 mm depth screening,which made the slime content decrease from 11.94% to 8.01%. Under the combined action of both, the average cycle of the hyperbaric filter discharged from 450 s down to about 150 s and the processing capacity of slime water system was enhanced, effectively reducing the cost of preparation. The moisture of fine cleaned coal was back to normal, and the coal preparation plant economy efficiency was protected.
