摘要
针对某矿8512首采综放工作面的开采条件,通过理论分析、数值计算、现场实测,得出基本顶初次与周期来压步距分别为37.35 m和15.2 m、35 m和15 m、37.4 m和14.9 m。由经验估算法、从基本顶结构的变形失稳估算顶板压力法、动载荷法、顶煤损伤法求得作用于支架上的最大载荷,并得出所需最大支架工作阻力。由现场实测数据可知,ZF10000/20/32H型液压支架能够满足工作面顶板支护强度要求。
Aiming at the specific geological mining conditions of the first 8512 iully mechanized caving face in a coal mine,the first and periodic weighting interval of basic roof are 37.35 m and 15.2 m,35 m and 15 m,37.4 m and 14.9 m by using theory analysis,numerical simulation,field measurement respectively. The maximum load acting on support can be calculated through approximate estimation, the structure deformation instability of main roof,the calculation of dynamic loading and top-coal damage method,then considering the safety factor,finally the maximum support working resistance is obtained. The powered support of ZF10000/20/32H can meet the requirement of roof supporting strength with working face.
