摘要
以某车型整体侧围拉深模开发过程为例,阐述了依据前期零件表面质量缺陷而有针对性的对模具零件的模面进行强压、隆起、凹模型面研配补偿等精细化处理。通过模面精细化技术的实施,快速有效的对模具零件型面进行研配加工,研配质量得到了很大的提升。模具的研配周期缩短,前期分析的零件的表面质量风险全部规避,获得良好的实施效果。
Taking the development of a body lateral outer panel drawing die as an example, the refinement treatment of compressive press, crown and die surface compensation were taken to solve the surface quality problem based on the early parts. It improved the match- ing quality of die surface quickly and the cycle of the matching was short, then the quality of parts was good.
