摘要
目的:了解长春市社区老年人卫生服务需求与健康状况,研究二者相关性,为提高社区卫生服务质量及促进老年人健康提供参考依据。方法:采用一般人口学资料调查表、卫生服务需求调查表、健康状况调查表对长春市280名社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果:长春市社区老年人卫生服务需求平均得分为(2.15±1.76),各项服务需求度由高到低依次为:医疗服务(50.7%)、护理性照顾(31.1%)、家庭病房(28.6%)、个人照顾(25.0%)、照顾性雇佣(19.6%)、医生出诊(14.3%)、系统性评估(10.7%)、持续性监护(5.4%)和治疗性训练(4.3%)。健康状况平均得分为(51.56±17.58),处于中等水平。卫生服务需求与健康状况呈显著负相关(r=-0.356,P<0.01)。结论:社区医护工作者应根据老年人的卫生服务需求,有针对性地提供医疗和护理服务,提高社区卫生服务满意度,促进社区老年人身心健康。
Objective： To study community health service demand and health status of elderly of communities in Changchun City, and study the correlation between the two of above, to provide a reference for the community workers to improve the quality of community health services for the elderly and elderly health in Changchun communities. Methods： General demographic informa- tion questionnaire, health service demand questionnaire and health questionnaire were used to survey 280 elderly people in commu- nities in Changchun City. Results： The average score of community elderly＇ s health services demand was （2.15±1.76） , and each service demand order from high to low was health services（ 50.7% ）, nursing care（ 31.1% ）, family wards （28.6%）, personal care （ 25.0% ）, compassionate hiring （ 19.6% ）, doctor visit a patient （ 14.3% ）, visit a systemic evaluation（ 10.7% ）, continuous monitoring （5.4%） and therapeutic training （4.3%）. Health status average score （51.56±17.58） was in the medium level. Health service demand and health status have significantly negative correlation（ r= 0.356, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The community health care workers should provide medical and nursing services specifically based on the elderly＇ s health service demands, improve the com- munity health service satisfaction, and promote the community elderly＇s physical and mental health.
