近距离中厚煤层综采端面软弱顶板协同控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对东曲矿近距离中厚煤层综采工作面发生的严重冒顶事故,采用现场实测、数值模拟和理论计算方法,从端面顶板结构和稳定性影响因素角度分析,得到端面软弱顶板的稳定性影响因素、失稳机理和协同控制技术。研究表明,近距离中厚煤层下部工作面回采时,液压支架梁端至煤壁的无支护空间为冒顶活跃区;认为在煤层赋存条件、支架工作状态和支架围岩关系共同影响下发生拱轴上移型端面冒顶和剪切滑移型端面冒顶;提出控制工作面破碎顶板、优化作业工序以及增强支架支护质量的协同控制技术。 Based on the field measurement, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis of the roof of the fully mechanized mining face in the close-distance medium-thickness coal seam at Dongqu Mine, the influence of roof structure and the stability of roof was expounded. Influential factors, instability mechanisms and collaborative control techniques were proposed. The results showed that when mining the lower work face of close-distance medium-thickness coal seam, the active area of roof was from the unsupported space of hydraulic support beam to the coal wall. And it was believed that under the influence of coal seam condition, the working state of the support and the relation of surrounding rock of the support, the end face caving of the upward shift of arch axis and shear slip occurred. This paper pl"oposed the collaborative control technology including controlling work surface bro- ken roof, optimizing the recovery process and enhancing the quality of support.
