摘要
根据九钢4号高炉热风炉的结构特点和所用耐火材料特性,制定并确保拱顶温度不小于900℃、硅砖界面温度在700℃以上和烟道温度不高于400℃的有效措施,成功实现了利用高炉煤气阶段性烧炉对热风炉进行经济保温。
According to the structural characteristics of hot - blast stove of No. 4 blast furnace and the refractory characteristics, effective measures are formulated that the dome temperature is not less than 900℃, brick interface temperature is over 700℃ and the flue temperature is not higher than 400℃. The economic thermal insulation is successfully implemented for the time - phased burning by using blast furnace gas.
