摘要
大学生就业问题是当前社会关注的焦点,少数民族大学生就业问题也是其中重要的一部分。通过对高校少数民族毕业生就业现状和用人单位用人需求的调查,了解高校少数民族大学生就业中存在的问题,并结合人力资源竞争力的视角,提出相应的意见和建议。
Nowadays, employment of college students is one of the social concerns, and the employment problem of minority students is one of the important parts. The author tends to learn about the problems existing in the employment of minority students by surveys, which will investigate the employment of minority graduates and the employers' needs. The author will present recommendations according to the perspective of human resources competitiveness.
