摘要
国家重点实验室是我国在科学前沿探索和解决国家重大需求方面的主力军,经过近30年的建设,部分实验室已经从跟跑走向领跑。伴随我国综合国力的不断提升,科技体制改革的持续深入,国家重点实验室需要进一步加强内涵建设提升创新能力。高校作为国家重点实验室依托单位最多的组织,应该积极思考新形势下如何通过学术引导、加强青年人才培育以及体制机制创新破解重点实验室面临的瓶颈性问题,真正推动我国科研走向世界前列。
State Key Laboratory has been major for explore the science problem and solve major national demand. After nearly 30 years of construction of some laboratories have been running from the run to the lead. With the continuous improvement of China＇s comprehensive na- tional strength and the deepening of the reform of sci- ence and technology system, the state key laboratories need to further strengthen the connotation construction and enhance the innovation ability. Colleges and uni- versities as the national key laboratories rely on the lar- gest organizations, should actively think about how the new situation through academic guidance, strengthen the cultivation of young talents and institutional mecha- nisms to solve the key laboratory bottlenecks, and truly promote China＇s scientific research to the forefront of the world.
