摘要
目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)联合滋肾育胎丸治疗多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕的临床效果。方法:选择多囊卵巢综合症患者90例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均在月经第5 d服用达英-35,观察组在此基础上联合服用滋肾育胎丸,治疗时间均为3个月,检测患者治疗前后的激素水平,比较两组患者中医辩证积分疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的含量低于对照组患者(P<0.05);在中医证候评分疗效上观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕的患者应用达英-35联合滋肾育胎丸可有效调节患者体内激素含量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective：To probe into and analyze the clinical effects of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets （Diane -35 ）combined with kidney nouris- hing pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility. Methods：90 cases of patients with palycystic ovary syndrome treated were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients took Diane - 35 on the fifth day of Menstruation. The observation group was then given the kidney nourishing pill. After 3 months of treatment, the hormone levels of patients before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical effect of TCM dialectical integra- tion was compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment, the contents of FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05） ; In the clinical effect of TCM syndrome score, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of Diane - 35 combined with kidney nourishing pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility can effectively adjust the hormone content in patients, thus it is worthy of being widely applied in clinical.
