摘要
目的:观察匹多莫德辅助糖皮质激素对慢性咳嗽患儿炎症因子及免疫的影响。方法:将2013年1月至2015年2月收治的68例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采用匹多莫德辅助糖皮质激素治疗,对两组治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)的变化情况进行比较。结果:两组患儿治疗后IL-6、TNF-α与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),治疗后两组患儿IgG、IgA、IgM均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组IL-6、TNF-α均较对照组低(tIL-6=7.750,P<0.05;tIL-6=7.907,P<0.05),IgG、IgA、IgM均较对照组高(tIgG=9.403,P<0.05;tIgA=6.605,P<0.05;tIgM=3.439,P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德辅助糖皮质激素治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床疗效良好,可有效降低炎症因子表达水平,提高患儿机体免疫力。
Objective:To observe the effect of pidotimod assisted with glucocorticoid on inflammatory factors and immune in children with chronic cough. Meth- ods:A total of 68 children with chronic cough admitted from January 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid, while the observation group was treated with pidotimod assisted with glucocorticoid. The chan- ges of inflammatory factors, such as interleukin - 6 ( IL - 6), tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF - a) and immune globulin ( IgG, IgA and IgM), in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, IL -6 and TNF -α were decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). IgG, IgA and IgM were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). IL - 6 and TNF - ct in the observation group were sig- nificantly lower than those in the control group ( t IL - 6 = 7. 750, e 〈 0.05 ; t IL - 6 = 7. 907, P 〈 0.05 ) while IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were signifi- cantly higher than those in the control group ( t IgG = 9. 403, P 〈 0.05 ; t lgA = 6.605, P 〈 0.05 ; t IgM = 3. 439, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of pi- dotimod assisted with glucocorticoid is significant in the treatment of chronic cough in children. It can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the immunity.
