摘要
目的:分析研讨补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月至2016年5月收治的气血亏虚型眩晕患者226例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以倍他司汀片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补中益气汤,将两组临床疗效、眩晕症状、功能改善状况及不良发应等进行对比。结果:经治疗之后,观察组总有效率(90.27%)高于对照组(70.80%)(χ2=12.091,P=0.000),观察组临床症状改善与功能恢复评分优于对照组(t=9.766,P=0.000);观察组不良反应的发生率低于对照组(χ2=5.4548,P=0.037)。结论:补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕,疗效较好,不良反应少,安全性高,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on dizziness of qi and blood deficiency type. Methods： 226 cases of patients with qi and blood deficiency dizziness in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into con- trol group and research group. The control group was given betahistine and the research group was added buzhong yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group therapy. The clinical curative effect, vertigo symptoms, function improvement status and incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate in the research group （90.27 % ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （70.80 % ） （χ^2 = 12. 091, P = 0. 000） ; The clinical symptoms improvement and functional recovery score in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group （ t = 9. 766, P = 0. 000） ; The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group （ χ^2 = 5. 4548, P = 0. 037 ）. Conclusion： Buzhong yiqi Decoction has a better curative effect, less adverse reaction and higher safety in the treatment of dizziness of qi and blood deficiency type, and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
