摘要
针对某石油炼化企业的污水处理厂反渗透装置浓水难以进一步生化处理的特点,采用电化学法对该浓水进行处理。探讨了极板和电压、反应时间、回流比等因素对反渗透浓水处理效果的影响。处理1 L该废水的最佳运行参数:极板间距20 mm,电压22 V,通电时间25 min。COD降解效果最佳的是钌铱镀层钛阳极和钛阴极。在上述条件下COD去除率可达60%,处理后废水达到国家一级排放标准要求。
Aiming at the characteristic that the concentrated water in the reverse osmosis(RO)device of a wastewater treatment plant in an oil refinery enterprise is difficult to be further biochemically treated,the electrochemical method has been used for implementing the treatment of this kind of wastewater.The influences of polar plate,voltage,reaction time,reflux ratio,and other factors on the treatment effect of RO concentrated water are discussed.The optimal operation parameters for treating 1 L of wastewater are as follows:electrode spacing 20 mm,voltage22 V,and power-on time 25 min.Ruthenium indium layer titanium anode and titanium cathode have the best COD degradation effect.Under the above conditions,the COD removing rate can reach 60%.The treated wastewater meets the requirements for the national first level discharge standard.
