摘要 目的比较分析氢质子磁共振波谱(H-MRS)与细针穿刺活检在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 50例乳腺肿块患者分别进行H-MRS及细针穿刺活检,采用两独立样本参数检验比较分析2种诊断方法的诊断价值。结果 H-MRS乳腺癌检出率明显低于细针穿刺活检(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌在行H-MRS时具有较强的特征性,具有非常重要的辅助诊断价值,但因为部分良性乳腺肿瘤与乳腺癌存在影像学特征重叠,H-MRS仍不能完全替代细针穿刺活检进行乳腺癌确诊。 Objective To investigate the difference value between hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectros- copy (H-MRS) and fine needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor. Methods Fifty patients with breast masses received the H-MRS and fine needle aspiration biopsy, and the diagnosis value of the two groups were compared. Results The detection rate of H-MRS for breast cancer was significantly lower than that of fine needle aspiration biopsy. Conclusion Breast cancer has the obvious H-MRS characteristics, H-MRS has very important auxiliary diagnostic value. But because some benign breast tumors and breast cancer have overlap in the imaging features, H-MRS cannot replace fine needle aspiration biopsy.
