摘要
以云南蒙文砚高速公路项目东山隧道施工为依托,通过有限元分析软件abaqus从三个方面模拟溶洞对隧道衬砌受力的影响情况。这三个方面包括不同大小、距离隧道开挖面远近不同、与隧道竖轴夹角不同的溶洞对隧道衬砌的影响。当溶洞洞径2 m,距离隧道6 m时,随着溶洞中心与隧道衬砌轴线所夹角度变大,隧道拱墙和仰拱的Mises应力呈增大趋势;拱顶应力值则先减小,后增加。当溶洞洞径2 m,与隧道角度45°时,随着溶洞与隧道的距离不断增大,拱顶和拱墙处的Mises应力总体呈降低趋势;仰拱应力则是先增大后减小。当溶洞与隧道角度45°,距离6 m时,随着溶洞洞径不断变大,拱墙和仰拱处的Mises应力整体呈上升趋势;拱顶处则相反随着溶洞尺寸变大,其应力值在不断减小。与拱顶和仰拱相比,隧道衬砌拱墙处的应力值明显偏大。
Based on the Dongshan tunnel construction of Mengwenyan expressway project in Yunnan,the influence of karst cave on the tunnel lining stress was simulated using finite element abaqus from 3 facets,including the influences of different scale,different distance from excavation surface and different angle against the vertical axis of the cave on the tunnel lining.
