摘要 为了明确‘浦薏6号’产量构成因素及其相关性,开展种植密度与打顶措施对‘浦薏6号’产量影响的研究,以期为‘浦薏6号’在浦城地区的高产栽培、管理和生产实践提供理论依据。采用双因素随机区组试验,研究了种植密度、打顶时间及其互作对‘浦薏6号’产量的影响,利用通径分析对产量构成因素进行了相关性分析,以寻求‘浦薏6号’优质高效生产的种植密度与打顶时间的最佳组合。结果表明,种植密度和打顶时间是影响‘浦薏6号’产量的重要因素,种植密度为6.67万株/hm2(株行距60 cm×75 cm)时薏苡产量最高,若考虑经济效益,则最优种植密度为5.72万株/hm2(株行距70 cm×75 cm),十叶一心时打顶处理。供试时间的打顶措施对薏苡矮化效果不显著。通径分析表明,产量构成的3个主要因素对产量的贡献依次为:单株粒数>百粒重>结实率。单株粒数和百粒重是影响薏苡产量的首要因素,应作为育种中的首选指标;结实率对产量具有较大的间接增加作用,可通过调节种植密度提高结实率,从而获得薏苡高产。 To define yield components and their correlation of‘Puyi-6'(Coix lacryma-jobi L.), the influence of planting density and topping measure on the yield of‘Puyi-6'was studied, in order to provide a basis for high-yield cultivation, management and production practice of‘Puyi-6'in Pucheng County. The influence of planting density and topping time and their interaction on the yield of‘Puyi-6'was analyzed by two-factor randomized block test. Correlation analysis of yield components was conducted by path analysis to seek the optimal combination of planting density and topping time that lead to high quality and efficient production of ‘Puyi-6'. The results showed that planting density and topping time were the main factors that significantly influenced the yield and its components of‘Puyi-6'. The yield was the highest when planting density was 66700 plants/hm2(with 60 cm×75 cm row space). Considering economic benefits, the optimal planting density was 57200 plants/hm2(with 70 cm×75 cm row space), and the topping treatment was conducted when it had tenleaves and one terminal bud. Dwarfing effect of the tested topping time on‘Puyi-6'was not significant. The path analysis showed that the contributions of three yield components to the yield from high to low were as following: seed number per plant100-seed weight seed setting rate. Seed number per plant and 100-seed weight were the primary factors that affected the yield, and should be chosen as the preferred indicators in breeding. Seed setting rate had greatly indirect effect on yield increase, so high yield could be obtained by regulating planting density for achieve high seed setting rate.
