摘要
随着生产技术的进步和冶炼强度的提高,武钢1号高炉东出铁场缺陷逐渐暴露,如铁口不喷堵口,耐材辅材损耗多,拨闸引起扬尘,影响环保等。为此,对1号高炉东铁罐线进行改造,拆除6个固定溜嘴,重设2个筒形溜嘴,将6个100 t铁水罐改为2个鱼雷罐。与此同时,对炉内、炉前操作方针重新调整,提高了该高炉各项技术经济指标。
With the tendencies of higher productivity and operation of Blast furnace, the insufficient of east cast house of No. 1BF has emerged. A lot of refractory and accessory material was wasted as long as the tap hole was not spilling, and it is not environment-friendly when the mud gate was pried open. The measure that reconstructing the east cast house was necessary. Using two torpedo ladles replace six ZT-100t ladles, and reducing the slots from six to two. Meanwhile, readjusting the operation policy of blast furnace, the BF technical-economical index was improving along with this measure.
