干酪乳杆菌对早期断奶仔猪生长性能及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了不同水平干酪乳杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响。从母猪胎次一致、产期相同的20窝仔猪中选取体重相似、健康状况良好的14日龄杜×长×大三元杂交健康断奶公猪96头,按照窝别和体重随机分成4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中分别添加106、107CFU/g和108CFU/g的干酪乳杆菌,试验进行28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加干酪乳杆菌对早期断奶仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比没有影响;107CFU/g和108CFU/g干酪乳杆菌组的仔猪腹泻率显著低于对照组和106CFU/g干酪乳杆菌组(P<0.05),并且107CFU/g与108CFU/g干酪乳杆菌组差异不显著(P>0.05);107CFU/g干酪乳杆菌组显著提高了仔猪血清和肝脏中SOD的活性(P<0.01;P<0.05),并且显著降低了MDA的含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,107CFU/g干酪乳杆菌在降低仔猪腹泻率和提高抗氧化能力方面效果最好。 The study was conducted to test that the effects of different levels of Lactobacillus casei on weaned piglet growth performance and antioxidative ability. A total of 96 (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) piglets weaned at 14 days old were randomly allocated to one of four treatments with 4 replicates per treatment according to bodyweight. The control group fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet and treat- ments supplemented with 10^6, 10^7 and 10^8 CFU/g of Lactobdcillus casei. The results showed that: com- pared with the control group dietary Lactobacillus casei had no effect on average daily gain (ADG), av- erage daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed convertion ratio (FCR) of piglets. Dietary 107 and 108 CFU/g Lactobacillus casei reduced diarrhea rate compared with the control group and 10^7 CFU/g Lactobaeillus casei group (P〈0.05), and there was no difference between 10^7 and 10^8 CFU/g Lactobacillus easel Dietary 10^7 CFU/g Lactobacillus case/ increased (P〈0.05) serum and liver glutathione peroxidase (SOD) activity and reduced (P〈0.01) maleic dialdehyde (MDA) levels of piglet compared with the con- trol diet. In conclusion, Dietary 10^7 CFU/g Lactobacillus casei was effective in reducing diarrhea rate and enhancing antioxidant enzymes activity of weaned piglets.
