摘要
目的:分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与磁共振成像(MRI)检查在脑梗死患者的临床诊断价值。材料与方法:选择我院2016年2月-2016年11月收治的80例脑梗死患者作为本次的研究对象,分别进行MSCT与MRI检查,分析两种检查方法的影像学表现。结果:80例患者中,MRI检测出74例,检出率为92.50%,明显高于MSCT的检出率(67.50%),P<0.05;另外,MRI对于缺血性与腔隙性脑梗死的检出率均明显高于MSCT,P<0.05;MRI检查对发病12h内与发病12-24h的检出率均明显高于MSCT,P<0.05。结论:对脑梗死患者来说,MRI与MSCT均为临床上较为常见的诊断方式,其中MRI对于各类型脑梗死患者的检出率更高,实际诊断时建议采取两者相结合的方式,利于提高诊断准确率。
Purpose: To analyze the MSCT and MRI in the clinical diagnosis value of patients with cerebral infarc- tion. Conclusion: for patients with cerebral infarction, magnetic reso- nance imaging (MRI) with MSCT were more common clinical diagnosis way, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for each type of cerebral infarction patients with higher detection rate, the real diagnosis suggestion to take a combination of both, to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
