Characteristic Analysis on a Torque Sensor Based on Inverse Magnetostrictive Mechanism

摘要 逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器具有输出功率大、抗干扰能力强、过载性能好、结构简单、使用便捷,并能在恶劣环境下工作以及实现非接触在线测量等特点,已在钢缆索力测量、轴系应力监测等方便得到应用,但基于逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器的理论分析多限于以磁路原理为依据的公式推导,难以清晰地掌握其内部磁场分布规律,且对传感器灵敏度影响因素分析也比较粗糙。作者采用ANSYS软件对逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器进行建模仿真,研究激励电压、线圈匝数、磁隙等关键参数对逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器输出信号的影响规律,并通过设计的扭矩试验台验证仿真结果,研究发现激励电压、线圈匝数、磁隙等参数均有各自合适的取值范围,这为逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器的开发提供了理论参考。 A torque sensor based on inverse magnetostrictive mechanism has many advantages, such as great power output, strong anti jamming capability, good overload performance, simple structure and easy to use. It can also work un- der bad environment online and non-contact,so it is applied to measure the steel cable force,axis stress,and so on. Howev- er,its theoretical analysis is almost limited to formula derivation based on the magnetic circuit principle,thus it is difficult to grasp the distribution of internal magnetic field clearly,and the analysis of impacting factor on the sensor sensitivity is also rough. ANSYS software was utilized to build 3D model of the torque sensor based on inverse magnetostrlctive mecha nism,then the impacts of excitation voltage,coil number of turns,magnetic gap and other key parameters on output signal were investigated, the simulation results were eventually verified through a special torque test bench. It is found that incen- tive parameters such as excitation voltage,coil number of turns,the magnetic gap should be chosen at proper range,which can provide theoretical reference to the development of torque sensor based on inverse magnetostrictive mechanism.
