浅埋深顶板氧化煤巷掘进优化

摘要 为解决煤矿巷道掘进过程中支护返修率高、工程进度缓慢等问题,结合晋北煤矿地质资料以及开采技术条件,分析浅埋煤层巷道围岩变形特征,针对巷道顶板以及局部煤层严重氧化现象提出合理的改进措施,优化巷道设计方案应用于矿山,监测试验巷道矿压。结果表明:优化后的方案能够提高巷道支护强度,有效控制围岩变形,提高巷道掘进效率。 In order to solve the problems such as high repairing rate and slow progress in coal mine roadway development, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in shallow depth coal seam were analyzed combined with the geological data and mining technology conditions of Jinhei Coal Mine. According to the severe oxidation of roadway roof and local coal seam reasonable improvement measures were put forward, and the roadway design scheme was optimized and applied to monitor the test roadway pressure. The results showed that the optimized design can improve the roadway support strength, control the deformation of surrounding rock effectively and improve the efficiency of roadway excavation.
