摘要
法治精神是社会主义核心价值观体系的重要内容,二者在价值取向、功能特征、服务目的等方面具有很多的相似性,都是对时代精神的有力诠释,关系到社会的进步与发展。高校法治精神教育有必要纳入到社会主义核心价值观教育中,从新的视角探索二者的互动融合途径,丰富大学生法治精神培育的视角和途径,让高校思想政治教育体现新的时代特征,促使大学生法治精神的良性发展。
The spirit of rule of law is the important content of the socialist core values system and the two have many similarities in value orientation, functional characteristics and services, which both powerfully interpret the spirit of the times and are related to the progress and development of society. It is necessary to incorporate the education of the spirit of rule of law in universities into the education of socialist core values, to explore the fusion way of the interaction of the two from a new perspective, and enrich the perspective and way to cultivate university students＂ spirit of rule of law so as to let the ideological and political education embody the characteristics of the new era and promote the positive development of university students＂ spirit of rule of law.
