摘要
目的了解住院患者满意度及其影响因素,为改善医疗服务质量、提高患者满意度提供决策依据。方法以济南市某医院2016年住院患者为研究对象,采用分层随机抽样和病床寻访法现场完成问卷调查。采用因子分析、线性相关分析法分析住院患者影响因素。结果该院住院患者总体满意率为96.4%,诊疗技术与效果、后勤服务质量、医疗收费情况是影响患者满意度的主要因素。结论该院住院患者满意度整体较高,医院需进一步提高诊疗技术和后勤服务质量,适当降低诊疗费用从而提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the inpatient satisfaction and its influencing factors in a hospital from Ji' nan.To provide decision-making basis for improving the medical service quality and patient satisfaction.Methods Taking the inpatients in a hospital as the research object, the stratified random sampling and sickbed search method were used to complete the questionnaire survey.Factor analysis and linear correlation analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results the overall satisfaction rate of the hospital was 96.4 %, the technology and effect, the quality of logistic service, medical charge were the main factors influencing the patients'satisfaction.Conclusion The satisfaction of the hospital is high. The hospital need to improve the treatment technology and the quality of logistics services, appropriately reduce the cost to improve patient satisfaction.
