摘要
胆囊癌是世界上较为常见且致死率较高的肿瘤之一,尤其以发展中国家女性占较大比例。由于胆囊癌早期症状不典型、晚期手术治疗效果不佳、早期易发生转移扩散等原因,患者的5年生存率仍偏低。正因如此,胆囊癌的靶向治疗成为当下研究的热点。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是非编码RNA当中的一群,曾经被认为没有任何生物学功能。在最近的研究当中,发现多种LncRNA分子异常表达于胆囊癌组织当中,可以通过调节上游基因或直接与microRNA结合调节下游相关蛋白,从而促进或抑制胆囊癌的增殖、侵袭与转移。因此,对于LncRNA的深入研究或许能够为未来胆囊癌的早期诊断与靶向治疗提供新的研究方向,为胆囊癌提供一个崭新的治疗手段。
Gallbladder cancer is one of the malignancy around the world with high mortality,especially for women in developing countries.Due to asymptom,inefficiency of surgery in late stage and feasible to metastasis in an early stage of gallbladder cancer,the 5-year survival rate is still lower than most of other malignancy.Because of this,more and more studies concentrate on target therapy of gallbladder cancer.Long non-coding RNA（LncRNA） is an important group of non-coding RNA,and once been believed to hardly make function in most cell processes.But in recent study,many kinds of LncRNA are reported aberrantly expression in human gallbladder cancer tissue.LncRNA can regulate epigenes and directly bind with microRNA,then regulate the expression of downstream proteins.In this way,LncRNA can promote or inhibit the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of gallbladder cancer.Therefore,further researches of LncRNA maybe provide a new direction for the early diagnosis and target therapy of gallbladder cancer,and supply a new method for treatment.
