加长股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价应用加长型PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2010年-2014年股骨转子下骨折26例,采用加长型PFNA作内固定治疗股骨转子下骨折,所有接受治疗患者均获得随访。结果 26例患者全部愈合,愈合时间平均20周。临床疗效用Harris髋关节功能评分法评分,终次随访髋关节功能26例患者评分区间为:75分-96分,其中20例优,5例良,1例一般。所有患者术后无骨不连、髋内翻畸形等并发症发生。结论加长型PFNA具有微创保护血供,内固定强度高,应力分散均匀,生物力学特性良好等特点,治疗股骨转子下骨折愈合率高,疗效确切。 Objective To evaluate the effect of lengthened proximal femoral nail antirotation with subtrochantieric fractures of the femur. Methods 26 cases with subtrochantieric fractures of (PFNA) on patients the femur during the period from 2010 to 2014 were selected and treated with lengthened PFNA; all the cases were followed up Results All the 26 cases healed with the average healing time of 20 weeks; Harris criteria was applied in the evalua- tion of clinical effect and the score interval of the 26 cases at final follow - up was from 75 to 96 points : 20 cases of ex- cellent hip joint function, 5 of good and 1 of general; no occurrence of such complications as nonunion or coxa varus deformity was found in the 26 cases after operation. Conclusions Lengthened PFNA is of such characteristics as blood supply protection due to its minimal invasive wound, higher strength of internal fixation, uniform stress distribution and excellent biomechanical properties and it is of definite effect with high healing rate in the treatment of subtrochantieric fractures of femur.
