摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对提高重型肝炎行颈内静脉置管术患者舒适度的效果。方法 43例重型肝炎行颈内静脉置管术患者,患者均给予综合护理干预,观察其效果。结果干预后,患者6~8 h有效睡眠时间例数多于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.14,P<0.05);干预后,患者压疮发生率、伤口渗血情况发生率明显低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够提高重型肝炎在置管期间的舒适度,减少压疮及伤口渗血情况发生,促进患者病情康复,值得应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the comfort of severe hepatitis patients with internal jugular vein catheterization. Methods A total of 43 severe hepatitis undergoing internal jugular vein catheterization all received comprehensive nursing intervention, and their effect was observed. Results After intervention, the number of patients with 6~8 h of effective sleep time was more than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=8.14, P〈0.05）. After intervention, patients had lower incidence of pressure ulcers and wound bleeding than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the comfort degree of severe hepatitis during catheterization, reduce the occurrence of pressure sore and wound bleeding, and promote the recovery of the patient＇s condition. It is worthy of application.
