摘要
目的：探讨双酚A（Bisphenol-A,BPA）对雄性小鼠生殖和睾丸GPER表达的影响及与肾虚不育的相关性。方法：将6周龄雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常、阴性对照、BPA、肾阳虚及肾阴虚组。高架十字迷宫和游泳力竭等实验评价小鼠惊恐程度、耐力等行为学改变;全自动精子分析仪检测精液质量,并计算平均育仔数;免疫组织化学和免疫荧光染色检测GPER在睾丸的定位和表达。结果：BPA与肾阳虚组小鼠均出现活动度和耐力下降及惊恐程度增加,精子数量与育仔数亦下降及精子畸形率增加及睾丸GPER的表达增加,且两组间无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：BPA致雄性小鼠生精障碍与肾阳虚不育具有相关性。
Objective： To explore the influences of bisphenol A on male reproducetion and testicular GPER expression and the correlation with kidney deficiency infertility. Methods： Male Kunming mice aged 6 weeks were divided into the control group,the negative control group,the BPA group,the kidney-yang deficiency group and the kidney-yin deficiency group. Panic degree and endurance were evaluated by the plus maze and exhaustive swimming experiments. Semen quality was detected by automatic sperm analyzer and we calculated the average fertility litter. The localization and expression of GPER were detected by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining in testis. Results： Compared with the control group,in the BPA group and kidney-yang deficiency group,activity and endurance were reduced,and panic state was increased,while the number of sperm and sperm deformity rate were similarly reduced,but the change of fertility litter was increased as well as the expression of GPER was increased in testis,and there was no significant difference between these two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： There is correlation between BPA-induced male infertility and kidney-yang deficiency infertility.
