摘要
中国特色社会主义经济形态具有双重突破性特征:一是从社会主义经济形态自身结构看,是社会主义基本制度与市场经济相结合的经济,明显区别于传统的计划经济体制的经济;二是从世界经济形态的结构看,中国特色社会主义经济由于开辟了使市场经济与社会主义制度相结合的新道路,从而使推动人类文明的市场经济形式有了新的发展空间,这无疑是新探索、新突破。支撑中国特色社会主义经济形态生命力的结构性元素至少包括:科学元素、国情元素和时空元素。科学元素是结构性根基,国情元素体现选择的历史依据,时空元素促进个性与共性的统一。从对人类经济社会发展的价值贡献看,中国特色社会主义经济形态涉及方方面面,但其中的制度贡献、政策贡献和文化贡献更值得关注。
The Economic pattern of socialism with Chinese characteristics has dual important breakthrough characters： One is the combination of socialist basic system and market economy in the view of the structure of economic pattern, which is different from tradi- tional economy; Two is the Chinese characteristics in the view of world economic pattern, which is a new pattern and new initiative push- ing forward market economy development. The structural factors of the life power of the economic pattern with Chinese characteristics are science factor, national situation factor, and time-and- space factor. The science factor is the structural base. The national situation factor shows the historical reason of why we choose the economic pattern. The time-and-space factor improves the unity of unique and common attributes. From the aspect of value contribution to human society, the contributions in system, policy and culture areas are more valuable of the economy.
