摘要
媒介革命性的发展对使用媒介的主体提出了更高的要求,从编辑学者化到学者型编辑,对编辑从业者职业素养的探讨随着编辑出版技术手段的变化而有了更丰富的内涵。信息泛化的众媒时代对学者型编辑提出了意识思维灵活超前、知识结构丰富多元、业务能力专博相间、职业素养德才兼备的时代要求。学者型编辑的培养并不是一蹴而就的,需要编辑通过转变传统"为他人作嫁衣"的观念,学会使用各种数字化、网络化的采编技术,提升收集、鉴别、处理信息的能力,实现从内化到外输的深度转换,逐渐完成从业务型到学者型的内化。
The revolutionary development of media puts forward higher requirements on the subjects using media. With the change of editing and publishing technology, discussion on their professional quality from scholarly editor to scholar editor generates plentiful implications. In the mass media era, more requirements are made for scholar editor to meet, such as flexible and advancing thought, rich and diverse knowledge, professional and profound ability, wise and virtuous qualifications. The training of scholar editor is a long journey, which needs a lot of ways to create environment and provide platform. The editors should not only change the traditional concept of ＂working for others＂ but also learn to use a variety of digital and network editing technology. In addition, the should enhance their ability of collecting, identifying and processing information, achieving deep shift from input to output. Thus, the change from normal editor to scholar editor can be gradually achieved.
