摘要
通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,研究了单级和双级均匀化工艺对铸态Al-8.5Zn-2.3Cu-2.2Mg(mass%)合金相组织的影响。结果表明:经465℃×(12~36 h)单级均匀化处理,残留相仍然较多;经430℃×12 h+470℃×24 h、465℃×24 h+475℃×12 h双级均匀化处理,残留相的数量显著减少,465℃×24 h+475℃×12 h处理残留相更少;465℃×24 h单级均匀化处理残留相主要为Al_2CuMg,少量Al7Cu2Fe,经430℃×12 h+470℃×24 h、465℃×24 h+475℃×12 h处理除还有少量Al(ZnMgCu)相没溶外,没有发现Al2CuMg;此外,430℃×12 h+470℃×24 h双级均匀化处理相比于465℃×24 h单级处理,有利于析出弥散、均匀的Al3Zr粒子。
The influence of homogenization treatment on phase structure of Al-8.5Zn-2.3Cu -2.2Mg aluminum alloy was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that a large amount of retained phases are observed in the alloy after single-stage homogenization treatment at 465 ℃ for 12-36 h. The amount of the retained phases decreases significantly after double-stage homogenization treatment (430℃ × 12 h +470 ℃ ×24 h or 465 ℃×24 h +475℃× 12 h) , and the amount of the retained phases is least after double-stage homogenization treatment at 465 ℃ for 24 h and then at 475℃ for 12 h. The retained phases are mainly Al2 CuMg and little A7 Cu2Fe after single-stage treatment at 465℃ for 24 h, after double-stage homogenization treatment, the Al2CuMg phase disappears, only little Al (ZnMgCu) phase is observed. In addition, compare with the single-stage homogenization treatment, the double-stage homogenization treatment is beneficial to precipitate dispersed and uniform Al3Zr particles.
