摘要
在大量搜集我国中小学体育俱乐部有关资料的基础上,采用文献法、比较分析法对中日中小学体育俱乐部的运作模式进行了比较研究。研究表明,日本中小学体育俱乐部是以学生自主整合利用资源为主,目的是创造人人能享受体育的环境,其发展过程与地域密切联系,政府为其发展提供了有力的制度保障;而我国中小学体育俱乐部的创办过程中存在着诸多不利于俱乐部健康发展的因素。通过对有着完整体系的日本中小学体育俱乐部的探讨,对推进我国中小学体育俱乐部的开展和实行、增进地域间的互动和学习交流、创建具有特色的中小学体育俱乐部、提高学生的身体素质、建立终身体育意识提供科学有力的理论依据。
By using the methods of literature and the comparative analysis, the paper made a comparative research of the oper- ation modes between the Chinese primary and secondary school sports clubs and the Japanese~, based on the relevant informa- tion collected at a large number of school sports clubs in China. The research shows that the primary and secondary school sports clubs in Japan operated are for everyone who can enjoy the sports environment by integrating the resources by the students themselves. The clubs were developed in close coordination with the local elements and are strongly supported by the governments. The study also found that there were many factors which are harmful to the healthy development of the sports clubs at schools in China. The paper discussed Japanese primary and secondary sports clubs on complete and systematic scale. It provides a scientific and strong theoretical basis for promoting the development and implementation of the sports clubs at the primary and secondary levels, enhancing the regional interaction and learning exchange, creating a school sports club with characteristics, improving the physical quality of students, and establishing lifelong sports awareness in China.
