回音壁模式微腔灵敏度的进样流速影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 回音壁模式的光学微腔在生物探测、激光、以及腔量子学中已经得到了广泛的应用。从实验上验证了回音壁模式灵敏度与进样流速的关系,以及进样流速对光学模式形状的影响。研究表明,进样流速在30μl/min至50μl/min范围内时,微腔探测灵敏度较高,选择合适的进样流速可将微腔灵敏度提高2倍及以上;且该流速范围内的光学模式线宽较窄,波谷向下延伸。最后结合流体运动规律分析了进样流速造成灵敏度变化的影响因素。 The whispering-gallery-mode optical micro-resonator has been widely used in biological detection, la- ser, and cavity quantum chemistry. In this paper, the relationship between the sensitivity of the whispering-gallery- mode micro-resonator and the injecting velocity, as well as the influence of injecting velocity on the shape of the opti- cal mode are verified experimentally. The results show that the sensitivity of the micro-cavity is high when the injecting velocity is in the range of 30-50 μl/min, and the sensitivity of the micro-cavity can be increased under more than 2 times appropriate injecting velocity. The line width of optical mode is narrower, the trough extends downward. Finally, the factors influencing the sensitivity of injecting velocity are discussed in combination with the law of fluid motion.
