摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对动臂式塔机进行了地震激励下的动态响应分析。选用El-Centro波作为输入,得到塔机4个特征节点在地震激励下节点位移幅值随起重臂仰角变化的响应曲线。同时参照可靠性严重度评级表制定了敏感度参照表,表征位移幅值对起重臂仰角的敏感程度。敏感度越高,表明在地震载荷作用下节点位移幅值随仰角变化越快。计算结果表明:随着仰角的增大,塔机X向的位移快速增长,最大值与最小值相差14倍,属于高度敏感,即塔机在X向的摆动增幅最大。故在塔机不工作时,应使起重臂仰角处于低仰角状态,减轻地震载荷影响。 Taking a certain luffing jib tower crane as the research object,it used finite element analysis software ANSYS to obtain the dynamic response under seismic excitation. Choosing El-Centro as the input, it obtained response curve of four characteristic nodes, which showed the variation trend between node displacement amplitude and jib elevation angle under seismic excitation. According to the severity rating table of reliability designed a sensitive reference table,it expressed the relationship between dis- placement amplitude and jib elevation angle. The higher the sensitivity, the faster the change of node displacement amplitude a- long with the elevation angle changes under seismic load. Calculation results show that the X-direction displacement of tower crane rapidly grows with the elevation angle increases,the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is 14 times, thus it belongs to high sensitivity that X-direction displacement is the main displacement of tower crane. Therefore, jib elevation angle should be in low-angle state to relieve seismic influence when the tower crane is non-working state.
