摘要
科研在高职院校的发展中具有重要的地位,但目前高职院校的科研管理还存在较多的问题。要合理解决高职院校科研管理问题,我们应当理清思路:一是,进一步明确高职院校科研管理的发展方向;二是,结合高职院校实际情况对管理原则适当调整;三是,不断推进高职院校科研管理模式创新,最终达到科研工作量的提升和质的飞越。
Scientific research plays an important role in the development of higher vocational colleges. However,there are still many problems in scientific research management in higher vocational colleges at present. To reasonably solve the problem of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, we should sort out our thinking :First, to further clarify the development direction of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges; second,appropriate adjustments to the management principles in light of the actual conditions of higher vocational colleges;thirdly, Continue to promote scientific research management innovation in higher vocational colleges, and ultimately to enhance the scientific research workload and quality of the fly.
