摘要
目的寻找能够发现α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)和转氨酶底物耗尽的筛查指标。方法分析HBDH与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在参考人群中的比值(HBDH/LDH),根据比值的升高或降低来推断HBDH和转氨酶是否存在底物耗尽的可能性,并通过查看反应曲线加以确认。结果 29例HBDH、ALT、AST底物耗尽案例均可通过HBDH/LDH比值关系推断发现,敏感性达100%。结论 HBDH/LDH的比值可以用于发现HBDH和转氨酶的底物耗尽,尤其是有利于发现容易被忽略的转氨酶底物耗尽情况。
Objective To find out a screening index to identify substrates depletion of alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and transaminases. Methods The normal ratio of HBDH/LDH was confirmed by analyzing 200 persons with normal laboratory results in liver,renal and cardiac function. Found the substrates depletion by HBDH/LDH ratio changing,then confirmed by reaction curve. Results All of 29 cases had the substrates depletion of alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and transaminases were found out though observing the change of HBDH/LDH ratio. Conclusion HBDH/LDH ratio can easily identify substrates depletion of alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and transaminases,especially in the cases that have not abnormal laboratory results.
