摘要
"新时代"就是指中国社会主义初级阶段新的发展阶段。新中国成立以来,中国共产党对中国特色社会主义发展阶段的认识和把握经历了一个不断深化的过程。我国仍处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情没有变,但我国社会主义初级阶段的基本特征出现了不断变化的新特点,在这个意义上中国社会主义初级阶段本身也是具有阶段性的。只有准确把握社会主义初级阶段不断变化的特点,才能把中国特色社会主义继续推向前进。
The new era refers to the new starting point during the primary stage of socialism.Since the founding of People's Republic of China,Communist Party of China(CPC)has been gradually deepening its understanding and grasping of the development stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Although the fundamental national condition that China currently is and will remain in the primary stage of socialism for a long time does not change,the basic characteristics of the primary stage of socialism is taking on new features,in which sense,the primary stage of socialism in China itself has apparent phases.Only when we grasp the constant changing features of the primary stage of socialism,can we push socialism with Chinese characteristics forward.
