新型有轨电车同步电机驱动的独立轮转向架轮轴检修工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 新型有轨电车在国内发展迅速,但是相关的检修工艺落后、设备陈旧,因此,需要对检修工艺进行研究。针对同步电机驱动的独立轮式转向架,分析其不同于传统转向架的特征,研究转向架构架和轮对的检修工艺及维修设备,得出转向架轮轴检修间的工艺布置。与国内现有的有轨电车转向架检修工艺相比,优化了工艺布置和设备配置,解决了同步电机驱动的独立轮式转向架轮轴的检修工艺。 The new-type tramcars are developing rapidly in china,but the inspection and repair processes are legging behind and associated equipment is old and insufficient. So,it is necessary to study the inspection and repair processes. This paper analyzes the characteristics of bogies with independent wheels driven by synchronous motor,their differences from traditional bogies and it also analyzes the inspection and repair processes and maintenance equipment for bogie frame and wheel-set to come up with the process layout of the bogie-axle work shop. Comparison with the existing bogie repair process is conducted and process layout and equipment configuration are optimized so as to define the inspection and repair processes for bogies with independent wheels and axle driven by synchronous motor of new-type tramcar.
