摘要
高职英语教育专业人才培养理念、课程设置与本科师范教育并无明显区别,面临着人才培养目标定位与办学层次和行业需求不能完全契合、生源质量下降、学生学习动机不明确等一系列问题。行业需求调研表明,高职英语教育专业应将少儿英语培训教师纳入目标就业岗位。高职英语教育专业在构建课程体系时,应借鉴"二维四步五解"法,层层分解出小学英语教师和少儿英语培训教师岗位对接的工作项目、工作任务和每个任务所需要的职业能力,对应职业能力设置对应的专业基础课程、专业核心课程和专业模块课程,明确每门课程能够培养的职业能力。高职英语教育专业还应根据目标岗位对职业能力的需求改革实践教学内容,形成课内实践教学——专项综合实训课程——模块课程实践教学——实习课程与目标就业岗位对应的连贯性职业能力培养机制,为行业培养更符合需求的人才。
Upgrading from secondary teacher education,English education major of higher vocational education follows the ideas of normal education both in the target of talent-cultivation and the curriculum,which shows few differences from the undergraduate teacher education and violates the mission of higher vocational education.It is also confronted with the problem of a declining quality of students,who have obscure learning motivation.To achieve a better development,the English education major of higher vocational education should adjust the target of talent-cultivation to meet the needs of the educational industry,as well as construct the curriculum system and design the practice-oriented education on the base of the vocational ability analysis.
