摘要
目前,国内城市轨道交通工程出现道岔和钢轨连接组件间绝缘破坏导致组件熔损,影响运营安全的情况。基于现场调查及工程实践,指出连接组件间绝缘破坏是由于钢轨存在的直流电位导致绝缘破坏后的道岔组件被持续短路熔损,同时提出了加强道岔组件安装工艺控制和道岔绝缘组件设计改进等解决办法,以期减少此类绝缘破坏问题的发生,提高城市轨道交通工程的安全性。
At present, insulation failures of the connecting parts between turnout and rail in the urban rail transit project in China leads to the component melting and affects the operational safety. Based on the site investigation and engineering practice, the connecting component insulation failures are due to the existence of DC potential in rail, and the turnout components lead to insulation failure after being continuously short circuit melting connection. Meanwhile this paper puts forward to strengthen manufacturing technology control of turnout assembly, insulation component design and improvement of the solutions, in order to reduce the occurrence of such insulation damages, improve urban rail transit engineering safety.
