摘要
结合中国铁道科学研究院研发的GJ-6型轨检系统在南京地铁多年的使用经验,从检测原理、数据运用等方面分析,提出充分利用波形图精确定位超限病害,治理道岔、曲线、碎石地段病害的方法。同时,对该系统在应用中存在的不足提出了改进意见。
With the experiences of China Academy of Railway Sciences in the development of GJ-6 track inspection system used for many years on Nanjing metro, through an analysis of the inspection principle, data use and other aspects, this paper makes a full use of the waveform to accurately locate out-of-gauge defects and puts forward some methods to control defects of turnout, curve and crashed stone ballast sections. At the same time, some recommendations are put forward to tackle the shortcomings of the system in the application.
