摘要
以枸杞为前体制备碳量子点,以尿素、氨水、乙二胺为氮源对碳量子点进行修饰,利用荧光光谱仪对样品进行吸收及发射光谱的测定。测试结果表明,尿素、氨水、乙二胺掺杂后,枸杞碳量子点吸收和发射波长明显增大且有两个峰,吸收和发射强度也增强。但相应的氧化石墨量子点并未表现出类似的性质。Fe3+对氮掺杂枸杞碳量子点荧光影响的结果表明,Fe3+会使碳量子点的荧光强度降低,且浓度越大,荧光强度降低越多。
In this study, carbon quantum dots (CQDs) are prepared by lycium barbarum (LB-CQDs) anddecorated by nitrogen from urea, ammonia and ethanediamine. And the measure on the absorption and emission spectra of the samples is completed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that both intensityand wavelength of LB -CQDs increase and form two wave crests after the dope of urea, ammonia andethanediamine. Besides, the absorption and emission intensity have also been enhanced. The spectra of nitrogen doped GO-CQDs does not exhibit such character. The test of Fe3+’ s effect on the fluorescence ofLB-CQDs doped with nitrogen shows that Fe3+ decreases the fluorescent intensity of nitrogen-doped LB-CQDs anda higher concentration of Fe^3+ caused more fluorescent intensity decrement.
