摘要
纪律建设是列宁从建党初期就高度重视的问题,整饬党纪是列宁执政党建设的重要一环。十月革命后,列宁将马克思主义政党学说与俄共(布)实践相结合,对无产阶级执政党纪律建设进行了思考和探索,其思想包括维护中央权威,严明政治纪律;禁止派别活动,严肃组织纪律;整顿党风政风,严整工作纪律;开展反腐倡廉,严格廉洁纪律;建立健全监督机制,保持监察效率等措施。纪律建设是无产阶级执政党治党管党的有力保证,无产阶级政党需要深刻把握列宁执政党纪律建设的时代背景,借鉴列宁相关举措,严肃党纪,永葆党的先进性与战斗力。
Lenin pays more attention to discipline construction from the initial stage of the party building and strengthening discipline plays an important part in Lenin's ruling party construction. Lenin combines the theory of Marxism political party with the practice of the Russian Communist Party after the October Revolution and explores the discipline construction of the proletariat ruling party. Lenin 's thoughts include maintaining central authority and strict political discipline, prohibiting factionalism and sober organization discipline, rectifying the party and government style and strict work discipline,promoting anti-corruption and strict honesty discipline,establishing and perfecting supervision mechanism and maintaining supervision efficiency. Discipline construction is a powerful guarantee for proletariat ruling party to govern and manage itself. The proletarian political party should deeply grasp the background of Lenin ' s ruling party discipline construction,draw lessons from relevant measures of Lenin,enforce party discipline,and maintain party's progressiveness and fighting capacity.
