摘要
"全面二孩"政策对江苏省连云港市学前教育资源的供给规模、师资队伍的供给数量等都具有重大影响。为此,在"全面二孩"政策背景下,连云港市要加强对出生人口的动态监测,科学供给学前教育资源,充分整合各个教育阶段的可利用资源,积极应对"全面二孩"政策的需要,保障"全面二孩"的受教育权利。
"The universal two-child" policy has a significant influence on the supply scale of pre-school educational resources and the number of teachers supply. Therefore, under the background of "the universal two-child", Lianyungang City should strengthen the dynamic monitoring of birth population, scientifically supply pre-school education resources and fully integrate with existing education resources to meet the demands caused by "the universal two-child policy" and guarantee the right to education.
