摘要
为贯彻落实国家、新疆生产建设兵团（简称兵团）动物疫病防治相关要求,做好动物布鲁氏菌病防治工作;摸清辖区内羊布鲁氏菌病感染情况,为有效控制和净化该病提供基础数据和指导方案.应用虎红平板凝集试验（RBPT）渊GB/T 18 646）初步筛选,试管凝集试验（SAT）（GB/T 18 646）确诊,对十师所属团场调查结果显示：平均个体阳性率为7.42 %（3 473/ 46 804）,其中羊、牛个体阳性率分别为7.53%（3 098/41 123）和6.60 %（375/5 681）,羊布病个体阳性率介于3.74%-10.08%之间,牛布病阳性率介于2.97%-17.54%之间;群体平均阳性率为39.38%（243/617）,其中羊、牛群体阳性率为43.09%（184/427）和31.05%（59/190）,羊布病群体阳性率介于28.74%-79.69%之间,牛布病群体阳性率介于18.33%-100.00%之间.该结果表明,十师布鲁氏菌病感染率高于国家规定的控制区标准,必须按照规定采取免疫净化措施控制该病的蔓延与扩大,以确保师市畜牧业健康持续发展和畜产品安全.
Aimed to implement the animal disease prevention and control requirements of national and province,prevent andcontrol animal brucellosis better,provide basic data and purification of the disease Guidance program effectively.The initial screening ofRose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test （RBPT）（GB/T 18646）were used to preliminary screening,tube agglutination test （SAT）（GB/T 18646）was confirmed diagnosis.The survey results showed that,the average individual positive rate was 7.42% （3 473/46804）,and the positive rates of sheep and bovine were 7.53% （3098/41123）and 6.60% （375/5 681）respectively.The positiverate of the sheep brucellosis individuals was between 3.74% and 10.08%,the bovine between 2.97% and 17.54%.The averagegroup positive rate was 39.38% （243/617）,in which the positive rates of sheep and cattle were 43.09% （184/427）and 31.05%（59/190）respectively,and the positive rate of the group sheep was between 28.74% and 79.69%,and the bovine between 18.33%and 100.00%.The infection rate of brucellosis was higher than the standard of the national,immunization and purification measuresshould be taken to control the spread and enlargement of the disease,so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development ofanimal husbandry and animal product safety.
