摘要
随着我国经济社会的不断发展和城市化进程的不断推进,对建筑工程管理质量也提出了更高的要求。工程预算管理作为建筑工程管理的基础性工作,同时又是关键性工作,与建筑企业的工程项目收益直接相关。阐述了建筑企业加强建筑工程预算的重要性,对目前建筑工程预算管理中存在问题进行了分析,提出了有针对性的加强工程预算的管理措施。
With the continuous development of China＇s economy and society and the continuous progress of urbanization,the quality of construction management is also put forward higher requirements. Project budget management as the basic work of construction project management,but also the key work,and construction enterprises directly related to the project income. This paper expounds the importance of strengthening the budget of construction project in construction enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the current budget management of architectural projects,and puts forward some pertinent measures for strengthening the budget management of construction projects.
