摘要
通过对翼城县降雨规律和现状排水系统的分析,从构建完善海绵体系、确定管控分区、建立制度保障体系等方面,确定了海绵城市建设研究重点,使翼城县海绵城市建设达到"源头减排、过程控制、系统治理"的目的。
Through the analysis of the law of rainfall and the drainage system in Yicheng county,from the establishment of the improved sponge system,identification of the administrative sections,and foundation of the systematic guarantee system,the key points of the construction of sponge city are determined,so that the construction of sponge city in Yicheng can achieve the purpose of＂source reduction,process control and system governance＂.
