摘要
以废弃橡胶轮胎颗粒作为改良材料,对膨胀土进行改良实验,该研究对废弃橡胶轮胎颗粒混合土进行无侧限抗压、直剪、CBR及扫描电镜试验,研究不同橡胶颗粒掺入量下混合膨胀土的力学特性,研究结果表明:橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量为20%时无侧限抗压强度与剪切强度最大,考虑到经济性,作为路基填料时,橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量不应超过15%;扫描电镜实验结果表明,掺入量在15%~20%之间时粘结程度最高。
In this paper,waste rubber tire particles were used as improved materials to improve the expansive soil. The study on the waste rubber tire particles mixed soil compaction,unconfined compression,direct shear,CBR and scanning electron microscope test of different rubber particles admixture mixed mechanical properties of expansive soil,the study results show that the best dosage of rubber the particle for the unconfined compressive strength and shear strength of 20%,considering the economy,as roadbed filler,optimum amount of rubber particles should not exceed 15%; SEM. The experimental results show that the doping amount between 15% to 20% the highest degree of bond.
