摘要
工业化的高速发展正在带动整个社会的进步，建筑行业作为我国的国民支柱产业之一，也受到工业化的极大影响。社会经济的发展使得人们对生活质量产生了从量到质的转变。工业化住宅的出现极大的满足了高效、节能、可持续的发展方向，本文旨在配合模块化设计方式，使居住者在室内空间中更加便利、高效、合理的生活。
The rapid development of industrialization is driving the progress of the society. As one of the pillar industries of our country, the construction industry has also been greatly affected by industrialization. The development of social economy makes people change the quality of life from quantity to qualify. Residential industrialization greatly satisfies the development direction of high efficiency, energy saving, sustainable development, this paper with the methods of modular design, so that occupants in the indoor space more convenient, efficient and reasonable life.
