地铁上盖单塔框架-剪力墙结构与框架结构抗震性能试验对比研究 被引量:8

Experimental Study on Seismic Performance and Comparison between Large Podium-supported Buildings with Frame-shear Wall and Frame Structures

摘要 随着轨道交通在大城市中的需求日益增加,轨道交通上盖综合开发项目的数量也随之增多。这类项目一般采用大底盘单塔或多塔的建筑形式,且由于受到轨道线的限制,容易在大底盘及转换层处出现层刚度比超限以及大底盘扭转效应明显等问题。通过对两个上部结构形式不同、体量相当的大底盘单塔建筑的振动台试验研究,对比分析其破坏情况、动力特性、动力响应,得到此类形式建筑结构的设计建议。研究结果表明:(1)转换层在层刚度比超限情况下依然表现出良好的抗震性能,没有形成明显软弱层,整体结构满足抗震设防的要求;(2)塔楼长宽比较大时,其扭转效应明显,在设计时应限制长宽比;(3)塔楼2/3高度处为结构的薄弱部位,设计时应予以重视;(4)裙房偏置和大底盘平面不规则会造成大底盘扭转明显,角部构件损坏较为严重,应对此进行适当的加强;(5)由于大底盘的存在,上部塔楼的嵌固端上移,在结构选型时可在一定程度上突破我国现行规范对于不同结构体系的最大适用高度要求。 As the demand for rail transit is increasing in metropolis, comprehensive development projects above parking area along urban rail transit are constructed increasingly nowadays. This kind of project generally adopts the architectural form of single-tower or multi-tower with a large podium. Because of the space restriction of rail lines, the problems are raised that the storey stiffness ratio is beyond the code limitation and obvious torsion effect of the structure is observed. This paper focuses on the seismic performance, dynamic characteristics and dynamic response of two large podium-supported buildings with different type of superstructure but similar volume by studying on their shaking table tests and then proposes some ideas for design. The results show that : ( 1 ) both structures can meet the requirement of seismic performance and no weak storey forms even though the storey stiffness ratio in the transfer story reaches beyond the code limitation; (2) large length-width ratio of the superstructure will give risea to an obvious torsion problem so that it should be limited;(3 )the two-thirds of the height of the tower part is a weak region so that enough consideration should be taken ; (4) the eccentricity and planar irregularity of the podium will intensify the torsion of podium and cause the damage of corner component, so that some strengthened measures should be conducted on the beam and column at the corner position; (5) the fixed end of the superstructure will shift up because of the large podium, so that to some extend the code limitation about maximum height of different types of structure can be broken through.
