摘要
以某造纸厂废水处理改造工程为例,提出采用"收浆系统+初沉+水解酸化+UASB+好氧+Fenton+混凝沉淀"组合处理工艺对其进行处理。总设计规模25000 m^3/d。根据甲方要求,出水水质满足:COD≤40 mg/L、BOD5≤10 mg/L、SS≤30 mg/L、色度≤20倍、pH值6~9。结果表明该工艺运行费用低、操作简单、管理方便、无二次污染,适宜于该行业推广应用。
Taking a wastewater treatment project in a paper mill as an example, the combined process of grouting system, primary sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification, UASB, aerobic, fenton, coagulating sedimentation was used to treat the wastewater with a treatment capacity of 25000 m3/d. According to the requirements of Party A, effluent quality meets the following standards, that is COD≤40 mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 10mg/L, SS ≤ 30 mg/L, chroma less than 20 times, pH 6 -9. The result shows that the combined process has low operation cost, facile operation, convenient management, no secondary pollution, and suitable for the industry popularization and application.
