摘要
工业上制氢方法主要有电解水制氢、天然气蒸汽转化制氢、煤制氢及甲醇裂解制氢;电解水制氢能耗大,且天然气价格的上涨及环保要求的日益提高(煤制氢受限),使甲醇裂解制氢得以迅速发展。本文概述了甲醇裂解制氢的原理、工艺流程,探讨了甲醇裂解制氢催化剂的研究现状,并指出了甲醇制氢技术的发展方向。
Hydrogen production from water electrolysis, natural gas, coal and methanol cracking are the main industrial methods for hydrogen production. The energy consumption of hydrogen production from water electrolysis is huge. In addition, the rising price of natural gas and the limited of coal hydrogen projects, increase the gap of hydrogen. Methanol cracking of hydrogen plants develops rapidly. In this paper, mecha - nisms of methanol cracking reactions and development of study on catalysts of methanol cracking recently were introduced. Finally, the future outlook of the development of this field were listed.
